Hayley will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of the athletic budget. Haley will also be primarily responsible for the oversight and reconciliation of sports budgets and departmental purchasing cards, processing business documents, identifying cost saving initiatives and creating operational efficiencies for all departmental business-related functions.

Shinn last year worked as a graduate intern at the Resnick Academic Support Center, where she mentors Temple student-athletes, working one-on-one in their professional and career development.
Shinn is no stranger to the track and field industry. Prior to Temple, she was a Sports Information Student Assistant at Stockton University in Pomona, NJ from September 2018 to May 2020. There, Shinn worked with 250 student-athletes and 19 varsity sports teams. In addition, Shinn worked for the Jersey Shore Basketball League, where she implemented marketing strategies and assisted in scheduling games for the 70-player league, referees and game staff.
Shinn received his BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Stockton University in 2020 and his MS in Sports Business, majoring in sports analytics, from Temple in 2022.
